Officials are to busy cooping with the unexpected turn of events when Lord Mana decided to seize power while Utopia is in chaos.
I am not surprised if information gathered in between the Utopian submission to the forces of Watermark had either been erased or uncared about, unless some eyewitnesses and accomplice willing to shed light on the mysteries surrounding the crisis...which may lead to the true source that contributes to the Utopian Federation downfall...
