Puppet Master Part 2

Rebel Officer 1: Sir! The Utopian Fleet is establishing communications! We can track down the enemy positions!

Lord Kain: What? What are they doing? Have they gone mad!

Rebel Officer 1: Revealing position now, sir.

Lord Velther Von Dash: Senator Tangerine informant was right, the strength and the registered numbers of all the fleet participating ships matched the database that she had provided us.

Lord Kain: …then we should prepare ourselves according to the original plan.

Lord Velther Von Dash: …get the Senator team here. I want them to see this.

Lord Kain: Yes, sir!

Lord Velther Von Dash: …what are they planning to do? What trickery are they playing at!?

Meanwhile…

Deadbird: Headquarters, has the whole gate sentry unit arrived at the designated location?

Military Operation Centre: Team East, West and North is ready and awaiting further orders.

Deadbird: What about Team South?

Military Operation Centre: They are on their way.

Sanji-Q: …so they say.

Deadbird: What took them…?

Sanji-Q: Stomachache, perhaps?

Deadbird: Let’s give them a few more minutes…the debate is heating up in here. I hope we don’t have to resort to brute force.

Sanji-Q: Yeah…even if I doubt that the senate would suddenly went berserk, but still someone might get a chance to hurt the queen.

Deadbird: HQ, please inform us as soon as Team South arrives…

Military Operation Centre: Yes, sir.

Ume Modoki: My, this place is HUGE!

Soldier 1: Hey! What are you doing in this place? This is a restricted area!

Soldier 2: Get her out of here!

Soldier 3: Yes, Sir! You heard the man…scram!

Ume Modoki: But...but...but i...

Soldier 3: Looks like I have to drag you out!

Ume Modoki: …don’t touch me!

Soldier 3: I will beat you up to a pulp!

Ume Modoki: ...officer i was lost...i was only looking for the exit...

Soldier 3: Nonsense! You must be the Commoners spy!

Soldier 1: ...well execute her...get it done already we have lots of work to be done here.

Ume Modoki: No!

Soldier 3: Sounds got for me...I'll make you die slowly!

Ume Modoki: ...

Soldier 3: ARGHHHHHH.....!!!! My eyes!

Soldier 1: What...that girl killed the Lieutenant!

Soldier 2: Who in hell is she?

Soldier 1: Shoot her! Sound the alarm!

Soldier 4: ...hurry!

Ume Modoki: Come forth…Arjuna!

Soldier 4: Fire! Fire at will!

Soldier 2: Copy that, sir!

Soldier 1: ...what now?

Soldier 4: What is that damn light?!

Soldier 2: I don't like this...not at all!

Soldier 1: Our attacks...our attacks have no effects whatsoever at all!

Soldier 2: ...now what shall we do?!

Soldier 1: Radioed Deadbird and Sanji-Q...tell them we have a situation down here. I'll try to slow down the enemy.

Soldier 4: We better run!

Ume Modoki: Fools...there is nowhere to run. All of you are going to die anyway!

Soldier 4: She...she looks different than recently...

Soldier 1: ...and i still had a very bad feeling about this! Lieutenant, how is that damn radio doing?!

Soldier 2: ...working on it sir...we...we won't make it!

Soldier 1: Lieutenant!

Soldier 4: Damn it! She's going to shoot!

Ume Modoki: Strafe Blitz!

(Screams)

Deadbird: Huh?

Sanji-Q: What's wrong?

Deadbird: I tough i heard our radio is clicking...

Sanji-Q: Must be your imagination.

Deadbird: ...are we equipt with such human ability?

Sanji-Q: Heh...beats me.

Puppet Master Part 1

Queen Rasa: They must be clearly identified....  And when we compel the rich Commoners to provide for the `poor' of their race, which will certainly be necessary, they will all sink together into a pit of criminality.

As this happens, we will be faced with the harsh necessity of eradicating the Commoners underworld, just as we root out criminals from the barren plains of Zelagross: with fire and sword!  The result will be the certain and absolute end of the Rebellious unthankful Commoners; its complete annihilation!"

Senate: …are you trying to attack the rebels without consulting the senate my queen? You are going mad! There is no way you can authorize an act of declaring war without the approval of the members of the federation!

Queen Rasa: I’ve already sent our invasion fleet halfway to Zelagross without the senate approval. What makes you think I don’t have the authority to commence the attack?

Senate: …don’t be so arrogant! This country is not bound to the Queen absolute power. I call out a vote to call back the Utopian Fleet back from Zelagross!

Lord Amenz: That’s impossible. The fleet is now on radio silence…any attempt in establishing communications with the main force will risk exposing their position to the Zelagross rebels.

Senate: How could they be under attack if the attack never came?

Lord Amenz: Heh…fools! Queen Rasa ultimatum and the silence reaction towards that matter are proof enough that Zelagross is also geared for war. Do you wish to risk all those lives for an ambush?

Senate: Why, of course not…but the Senate will still not approve…

Lord Flame: Oh…shut up you puny little insect. How tired my eardrums are listening to your jibberish over the secure intercom channel that it does not bother anymore if the rebels can tracks us down or not.

Queen Rasa: Lord Flame, you are jeopardizing the whole fleet!

Lord Flame: So what! What can those cavemen’s do? Attack us with stick and stones? Throwing bananas and waving their spears at us?! This fleet march over hundred of miles, conquering nations and trampling kingdoms for three millennia’s. Why should we shiver and cower facing a rag tag band of rubbish scum?

Senate: …you must have a good reason for eavesdropping on us with a secure intercom channel, and a much better reason for giving your position away to the enemy scanners just to scorn the members of the Senate.

Lord Flame: ...off course i do. I demands alll leaders in charge of the Zelagross attacks to open their communication channels...NOW!

Senate: What is he trying to do?

Queen Rasa: Lord Flame...

Lord Velther Von Dash

Lord Velther served the 3001st King of Utopia dutifully. Lord Velther is one of two most trusted knights of King Panthera (another one is Lord Mana) besides building up the Utopian Federation economic reforms, Lord Velther was given the mandate to represent the voice of the Commoners…to guard them from the extremist Nobles and political abuse.

Lord Mana is given the mandate to safeguard the Noble’s tradition, to help the Nobles assimilate to the new economical boom and to project good leadership examples for the good of the whole society.

Lord Velther service was cut short after King Panthera’s disappearance. The conservative Nobles under the leadership of Lord Flame seize the chance to nominate the young and immature Lady Rasa – only daughter of King Panthera as the next heir to the Utopian Throne, reasoning to the Senate that in case the King might someday returns…it’s easier to hands back the crown in comparison to having someone out of the House of Panthera to be appointed as King or Queen.

Lord Velther refuses to acknowledge Lady Rasa as queen because it is clear that she is merely a pawn and a puppet ruler with Lord Flame pulling the strings from the back.

Lord Flame persuaded the queen to put pressure to the Utopian Commoners in order to make Lord Velther submit…however as treatment of the commoners worsened day by day, Lord Velther rallies the Commoners and rebels against Queen Rasa.

Lord Velther asked Lord Mana to join him in the fight against the queen. Lord Mana refuses, stating that he will serve the queen just like he had served the late King…where as in reality Lord Mana is counting on Lord Velther’s rebellion forces to divide the military might of the Utopian Army during the Watermark invasion staged in secrecy by Lord Mana.

Utopian Grunts

The Utopian Grunts is the basic main home defense unit of the Utopian Army. They are conscripted from the Commoners community…mostly from the Utopian slump district, known notoriously for their drive for money due to harsh and poor living conditions.

The Utopian Grunts will do anything for money, even killing their own people, friends and families.

Rumors have it that Lord Flame triples the pay for the Utopian Grunts to ensure an undivided loyalty and making sure that they did not defect to Lord Velther’s side.

The Utopian Grunts received basic army combat training but never to the extend that they become a branch of special elite forces and professional military leaders.

They are there for the manpower, and they are expendables due to the fact that there are many replacements await in the slump districts.

Lie L C

Lie L C works for Lord Mana. She is a part of The Watermark air Force. Her original role in Lord Mana’s plan for a coup d'etat is to make sure that the Utopian airspace is cleared out of hostile forces before the main Watermark invasion fleet arrives.

Lie L C is one of many Lord Mana’s subordinates that see the warlord as a more “fitting” ruler for Utopia.

When Lord Mana secretly announced his desire to overthrown Queen Rasa; Lie L C immediately signed in as one of many volunteers participating in this daring and risky mission.

Lie L C piloting skills are above average. While serving the Watermark Kingdom she is a part of the squadron that escort Lord Mana main flagship: Dominator

Lie L C flies the Watermark / Utopian Fighter Aircraft: AX8765-Flatbed. A standard fighter for the Utopian Federation and used widely as a standard Utopian Airborne Unit, even throughout it's sovereign nations.

The Chase

Ain Khairi: Yoohooo! Guys…what are you up too? What’s with all the noise here? Is there a surprise party going on…Come on guys, I hate surprises!

Loraine…? Jeanette…? Where are you? There is no time to play hide and seek in the library! Hey, can you guys at least answer me…hello?!

Loraine…? Jeanette…? What…is this? What is happening here?!

Bada: Ara…someone spotted my handiwork.

Ain Khairi: Who…who are you? What have you done to them?!

Bada: I asked them a few questions…however their answer is non satisfactory to my own personal taste.

So I draw my swords, ended their miserable life and decorated the library decors with their blood!

Ain Khairi: No!

Bada: So now, I am moving on to my next target…YOU!

Ain Khairi: No! Don’t come near me! Stand back!

Bada: I will ask you once and I will never ask you again…where in this library is the Sacred Continent Scrolls kept hidden?

Ain Khairi: Never heard of it! …and for someone who is about to die anyway, even if I knew what it was or where it is…I am not talking!

Bada: Good answer.

Ain Khairi: Seriously? Hurray!

Bada: …now die!

Ain Khairi: …but…but…you said…

SCREAAAMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bada: Urghhhhhh…..!!!!

Ain Khairi: What is this terrible racket!!!

Kanbei: Come…hurry!

Ain Khairi: Wha…what happened to her?

Kanbei: She’s fainted, but not for long. She can’t cover her ears properly while wielding all those swords of hers, so she has fallen for the screams of this mandrake…

Ain Khairi: That mandrake is for my biological science project!

Kanbei: Consider your research successful then, now hurry…we must hide! The effects won't hold of for long.

Ain Khairi: ...but...but...

Kanbei: Hurry!

(minutes later)

Bada: Urghh...damn mandrake!

To Be Screamed...I Mean Continued!

The Librarians of Utopian Archives

Ain Khairi: Yappa! Yappa! Yappa! Yap! Yap! ...get a job! Queen Rasa's whining is getting on my nerve, and worse...every radio station is broadcasting the same lame speech that she made in the Senate Hall!

Kanbei: ...

Ain Khairi: Where is the Utopian Top Ten Music Chart of The Week? I can't find it!

Kanbei: You are making this much noise in a state library...you are still not fired for being a chatterbox?

Ain Khairi: Who's the chatterbox you freeloading bookworm! Remember...I AM your senior here!

Kanbei: Oh...i see.

Ain Khairi: Is that it? Is that your super reaction to my explanation?!

Kanbei: You...hated queen Rasa?

Ain Khairi: I am beginning to dislike the queen...not that i am saying this because i have the same judgement with the commoners in Zelagross.

Kanbei: You are of noble blood aren't you? Don't you despise the Commoners like any other Noble does?

Ain Khairi: You naivety surprises me! Haa! Haa! Not all Nobles are like Nobles and not all Commoners shares the same view on what other Commoners think of...

Kanbei: I rarely witnessed such passive feedback when it comes to the Nobles and the Commoners topic.

Ain Khairi: Nobles are human too Kanbei, sometimes we are just tired bickering about such prolonged issues...why can't we just get along with each others?

Kanbei: It is undoubtedly that you as a Noble had some extra privileges compares to that of your normal friends and acquaintances.

Ain Khairi: Off course i do...even so the priviledge set by the Utopian rule are not enough to make someone stirs up a rebellion or sending the entire Utopian Fleet squashing your opponents like flies!

Kanbei: ...and?

Ain Khairi: ...we got priviledge over Utopia's basic necessities and facilities, education, hospitals, finance...bla...bla...bla...but it's not enough to spark the fire of rebellion. It won't create enough hatred.

Kanbei: So what do you think the problem is?

Ain Khairi: The Conservatives! The Nobles with the mentality of cavemens! The conservatives wish for nothing more than a power shift in Utopia. Do you know that the Conservatives contributes 57% of Queen Rasa's votes back when we are polling for a replacement during King Panthera's absences.

Kanbei: So what faction of Nobles did you belong to?

Ain Khairi: Lord Mana. He encourages the Nobles to adapt to the changing world, gaining new skills instead of raising the swords and start plundering other civilizations richest.

Kanbei: ...you are going to fall from that table.

Ain Khairi: I am not!

Kanbei: Yes you are.

Ain Khairi: ...always finds reason to bash each others up...yikes...!!!

Kanbei: Told you...

Ain Khairi: *^%(&%^*^%^&&**...

Kanbei: ...are you alright?

Ain Khairi: One...Two...Three...UNO...DOS...TRES...i am seeing multiple images and a wobbly feet...

Kanbei: Sit down...you are not feeling alright.

(Crashing sounds)

Ain Khairi: What is that sound? I'll better go check this out!

Kanbei: You better check yourself out...there are still stars above your head.

Ain Khairi: I am going to investigate the lower floor. It must be near, since we can hear it quite clearly. I hope it's not book robbers or some kind...

Kanbei: What kind of people keen enough looking for books to steal...in the library? This is nuts...

Ain Khairi: ...now, don't go anywhere! Protect the books! I will be back soon enough!

Kanbei: We better check this out together...

Ain Khairi: No...no...no...no! stay here, protect all these interesting centuries old manuscripts, journal, news...and the most important thing is...protect my thesis and research report. I was halfway through it!

Kanbei: ...just, go already!

Ain Khairi: ...I'm going...I'm going! Stay here!

Kanbei: ...don't worry, i won't go anywhere!

Ain Khairi: ...minutes, just give me a minute!

Kanbei: ...(sniff...sniff...)...There's a thick and heavy smell of blood in the air...
