Queen Rasa: … The Utopian Commoners tried to monopolize the cultural leadership of the people and flooded the intellectual professions, such as, for example, jurisprudence, economist, intellectuals and medicine. The influence of this intellectual and rich commoner’s class in Utopia had everywhere a disintegrating effect. For this reason in order to bar the spread of this process of disintegration it became essential to take steps to establish a clear and clean separation between the Nobles and the Commoners.

Sanji-Q: How is the security’s going…still good?


Deadbird: All the gates and main entrances have been locked down as expected. Not much of an activity inside the building and the radio transmissions seems to be normal as well. Except…

Deadbird: The South Eastern gate…the team there seems to be a bit quieter than the rest of the troops stationed elsewhere.


Sanji-Q: …could be a boring lot. Here, let me give them a wake up call…

Queen Rasa: This is the first demand we must raise and do: that our people are set free, that these chains be burst asunder, that the Utopian Federation be once again captain of her soul and master of her destinies, together with all those who want to join this beloved federation of states, kingdoms and sovereign countries.

And the fulfillment of this first demand will then open up the way for all the other reforms. And here is one thing that perhaps distinguishes the Nobles from the Commoners as far as our foundation law is concerned, although it is very much in the spirit of things: our attitude to the Utopian hierarchy dilemma.

Ravenmin is the final android TEST TYPE units build by Avalon Industries. Serving as a “jack of all trades”, her roles covers all the combat abilities of the previous six android series (minus that of Silver’s Recovery and Restoration ability)

Ravenmin is also renown as the first “Airborne” design out of all seven (again minus that of Silver’s Teleportation ability) increasing her reputation as the most multipurpose combat android in Avalon’s arsenal.

Being a multipurpose combat android, Ravenmin weapons combines both short and long range weaponry: Martial Arts as well as Military Arsenal. At long range, she is equipped with the standard Assault Rifle with a fixed bayonet attached which can be used as a combat knife or even for throwing.

Perhaps the most state-of-the-art design within the Avalon Cyborg series is Ravenmin flight capability unit or better known as the Airborne Unit. This unit enables the cyborg to adapt itself to aerial type combat without piloting any standard human aircraft.

The Airborne Unit alone boast unbelievable heavy armaments of Gatling’s. There are 6 pairs on the front, each one with the capability to bust standard military type Armored Vehicles and bunkers. A smaller laser guided Gatling was installed at the back of the unit, mend to fend or strike back at tailing attackers.

The Airborne Flight unit had a standard flight operating time of 12 hours straight without any need for refueling. As a matter of fact, the gear was so light, it conserves all the energy. The Gatling armaments are detachable and (if needed) can be swapped for an extra pair of storage tanks for long in flight escort missions.

There are disputes that Avalon violates the Science and Humanity Treaty while constructing Ravenmin. Rumors has it that this last unit witnessed a bizarre scientific attempt of having human soul operating a machine body frame…even without strong evidence, the engineers in Avalon Industries sometimes experience a slight split personality changes in the Cyborg every once in a while.

Apart from the speculation mentioned earlier, it was said that the total development budget for Ravenmin had never been recorded. The project in nature is treated as "almost" Top Secret, with only a handful number of participants hand picked by Lord Armdagger in person.

Cyborg Specialty: Relieved and Recovery

Attributes: Sonar Waves, Surface Scans, Nanoheal, Teleportation

The fifth Cyborg is built for non combative purpose; the Silver TEST TYPE Relieved and Recovery is designed solely to do repair and recover damaged and malfunctioned units on the battlefield.

The main urge to construct a non-combative Cyborg is due to two reasons, humanoid tend to get hit as hard as any normal human does: and when they do, they need as much “medical patch up” as their human counterparts does.

Silver releases nano robots from the yellow “ear-like” equipment placed on her head. These micro sized mech are able to patch up a battered Cyborg in 30 minutes.

The more dire the condition of the damage, the more time it takes for the silver unit to finish up with the repairs…usually if that’s the case, the silver units will just grab the injured Cyborgs teleports back to the Cyborg Recovery Centre for a much better treatment.

Silver may look weaponless and even claimed that she is the non-violent unit of her team…little known to many that Silver could generate a tight frequency sonar Waves that could damage the sensitive human eardrums.

Queen Rasa: "One of the principle reasons for the legislation written in the Utopian Federation Law is the necessity to combat imbalance. Imbalance, according to the written law passed down by the Utopian ruler and ancestors is an action of unfairness or unequal conduct in which would tip the scale that favors one side…much more over the other.

This legislation is not anti-commoners, but pro-Nobles. The rights of the Nobles are thereby to be protected against destructive influences that would create imbalance to the caste within the Utopian society...”

Cyborg Specialty: Heavy Based Artillery

Vulpine is the heavy hitters of the seven Avalon TEST-TYPE. Designed completely the opposite of Whoammy in the weapons department, Vulpine projectile based ammunition requires no backup energy source.

However the huge mass canons and heavy bombardment equipment may require Vulpine to be fixed upon a support platform, just like Whoammy.

While fighting on the move, Vulpine carries firearms similar to that of any army personnel. However, due to limited ammunition storage, Vulpine need to resupply herself.

The only advantage Vulpine had over a normal standard human army officer is the ability to carry 4 times more ammo weight, 200% more storage capabilities and was able to operate a 5-6 men crew weapon single handedly.

The Day The World Stood Still

The wait seems forever...every person, every nation in this world would like to know future fate of the Utopian Federation. Admired during it's glorious days, of richnest, conquest and military strength...the current Utopia is currently dying; rotting from the inside.



The eternal conflict between the nobles and the commoners must have a solution today. The puppet Queen of Utopia however have no interest in restoring balance for the Federation...and the others will use this shortcomings as an oppurtunity to reap absolute power for themselves!

Like an active volcano, the Utopian Federation prepares itself towards devestation...

Television Broadcast: ...and now for our national morning news with Utopia's top announcer...Ume Modoki.

Ume Modoki: Welcome back viewers and listeners from all over the Utopian Federation Nation. I believed that this special assembly live telecast can also be seen at various neighbouring countries as well! Hello There!

The Utopian Senate Hall is now filled by the representatives sent from every corners of the Federation. Eager to hear what Queen Rasa has to say about the Utopian Caste issue and how it was related to the latest militaristic rebellious attempt made by one of the Queen once best friend and advisor, Lord Velther.

We knew that Lord Velther had openly challenged the Queen's authority and once more disputed on how the Utopian commoners had been treated unfairly by the Utopian Government; especially the higher Noble Ranks and the Elite Royal Families.

Lord Velther gained more and more in support, the rebellion decides to erect a military stronghold at the outskirts of the Utopian Nation, leaving the capital behind.

Kluang: Stupid Queen...

Ume Modoki: Months passes, Lord Velther are gaining more and more support from the commoners. Aide comes in many secret ways...the refugees had been flocking out all over the Utopian to meet this..."Champion of The People" and join his causes.

The rebellion issues in Zelagross began to snowballed and worsened. Dedicated Commoners soldiers, Administrative Department, labours; we heard more and more people are joining Lord Velther cause.

"Lord Velther fights for The Commoners!" we can hear the cheer being repeated time and time again in the Commoners population residence. Lord Velther could be what the Commoners need to rise up against the Nobles exploits over the caste system.

...or could it be that Lord Velther himself is an opportunist, pretending to be the champion for the poor and protecting the weak common folk and made himself the king of peasant's and gathered his own version of absolute power and respect from the commoners communities.

Lord Flame: ...like they say, if you are not born king...you better find yourself  people that will do whatever you wish for so you can at least be the king of something!

Ume Modoki: The 3002nd ruler of The Utopian Federation, Queen Rasa...together with her royal followers, began to take this issue seriously and try too shed some light over the difficulties the rebellion brings to the remaining peace loving Utopian people.

However both parties had never sit down for talks and negotiate on methods to ease down the rebellion as well as remedies the Noble and Commoners crisis. Instead, both parties quietly gathers their military strength - in which the news agency had never receive any justification's from both the Utopian Military and the Rebels explaining the firearms build-up matter to the public ...

Lutherniel: Peace loving? I am peace loving too...baby.

Alonqexe: Shuush...Luther! I am trying to listen to this radio broadcast.

Lutherniel: This is such a waste of time...i want payday! let's get this job done with and let's scram outta here..!!

Ume Modoki: At the height of the conflict, Queen Rasa announced a sudden ultimatum to Lord Velther and the rebels...saying that the rebels should lay down their arms and surrender...else they will be facing an overwhelming power and the might of the Utopian Military Fleet.

Lord Velther in the other hand ignores the ultimatum and stays in Zelagross until this day. This infuriates Queen Rasa and nonchalantly announces the date of striking the rebel stronghold publicly against the advice of her subordinates.

The Senate, the representatives of nations under Utopian Federation sovereinty was shocked by the news and decided to call an emergency assembly for an audience with the queen and to evaluate her majesty actions for making up important desicions without consulting the Senate.

Lord Velther Von Dash: Whatever Queen Rasa has to say today in that assembly hall with those unhappy Senates, it determines the outcome of this Rebellion and the fate of the Utopian Federation Commoners social hierarchy.

Ume Modoki: Thus, that was the introduction and a bit of  an explanation for today's important Senate Assembly. Will there be justice for the Commoners...will there be any glory left for the Nobles. What will become of Queen Rasa who acted on her own, or what penalty awaits Lord Velther who turn his backs upon his own queen for the sake of the Utopian minorities?

...my goals are clear and my intention remains unwavered. Not in the presence of a thousand Senates, undeterred by the uproar of a million commoners, unmoved by threads over my own lives and unchallenged by any so-called “champion of the people” that sought power as an opportunist over a century old conflict...

Whoammy is the first Avalon Industries cyborg series that uses energy-type weapon in its arsenal. Whoammy main design was inspired by the effectiveness of beam or laser type weapon against projectile based conservatives.

The ability to eradicate incoming projectile while destroying the attacker in the process is believed to be the best offensive and defensive method of fighting a modern warfare.

Whoammy may look like a ditzy sleepy cyborg; the fact is she consumes a lot of pure energy just to stay operational. In order to fight for a standard length of time, Whoammy carries a battery pack exclusive for her weapon’s ammo alone.

Most of the times she will be stationed on a fixed platform with energy cables connected to her back rendering her unmovable but are able to fight longer without frequently recharging herself.

Cyborg Specialty: Martial Arts (2 Japanese Katana)

Deadbird is the third cyborg TEST-TYPE produced by Avalon Industries. Similar in function with the cyborg Sanji-Q, Deadbird close quarter combat and martial art skill make her a perfect bodyguard for Lord Armdagger.

Lord Armdagger wanted more than just a female copy version of Sanji-Q, as a matter of fact, the developer had emphasis Deadbird more into assassinations, infiltration and reconnaissance.

Despite being the third cyborg in the production line, Deadbird is actually the leader of the female cyborg pack. (excluding Sanji-Q)

The difference between Sanji-Q and Deadbird weaponology is that she wields two Katana Blades in contrast of Sanji-Q Chinese broad swords.
