Lord Panthera is the Utopian Federation 3001st ruler. Lord Panthera is well known for his effort in transforming the warlike Utopians into a nation that is economically and industrially amongst the most powerful in the world.

In his approach, the king introduce commerce to the Utopian people. Both the nobles and commoners can be involved freely in the arts of manufacturing and trades. There are no discrimination between these two main classes of the nation. Every person is free to participate.



Many years passed, the Utopian Federation and it's people benefited fully from Lord Panthera's industrial and economical revolution. The Utopian Federation is no longer rely on plundering lands and committing robberies in order to fuel the nation economical growth, the Utopian had been able to master the arts of trade and producing their own materials.



However, the king effort in letting the commoners participate in trade and commerce had been generating a negative feedback amongst the Utopian Nobles. The conflict escalated when the commoners method of using wealth in gaining nobility status was exposed. The whole incident put Utopia at risk of a civil war and the nation blamed the king and his revolutionary ideas despite being successful during the early stages.

Frustrated, the Utopian people planned to toppled down the king. Uprisings occurred in the commoners districts, while the Nobles using the power of the Utopian Senate, puts pressure unto the king forcing him to return Utopia back into the old way of living - waging war on it's foreign neighbours and conquering new lands.

Fearing the strength of the Allied forces and facing tremendous pressure from his own people, King Panthera began to gain interest in conquering "Legendary" or "Alternate" lands mention in the Utopian Library Archives. The king learns that these legendary hidden nations do exist. The king was interested in knowing more about the legendary Lost City of Atlantis and The Underworld which were ruled by the Draconians.

King Panthera sets out secret expiditions looking for clues regarding these two lost worlds. Guided by the books from the Utopia Ancient Archives, the king made progress - this does not bode well from the Atlantians point of views.



The Atlantis Prime Minister Tangerine began to send reconaisance teams infiltrating into the Utopian Federation. Tangerine Fearing that one day King Panthera would exposed Atlantis secrets, Tangerine slips into the Utopian high ranks officals to ease her task in observing the king.

Tangerine fears came too life when King Panthera succeded in creating a portal to the lands of The Draconians (The Underworld) however, before the king could react, he was attacked by Tangerine.

The outcome of this duel is unknown; King Panthera was reportedly missing and was succedeed by his daughter: Queen Rasa.

The Atlantians; keeps an eye on the Utopian Pederation for at least a decade more. Prime Minister Tangerine had blended herself into the Utopian social and political affairs. Before the Watermark Arc, Tangerine serves as the Queen personal advisor.

Bunny One, together with her elder brother and sister resides at the furthest most remote territory of the Eastern Empire, in a town called Hera. There, Bunny Two and her sister spends most of their time working at their sister-in-law (Phantome') bakery shop while their elder brother fulfil his duties at the Imperial Capital as one of the Empire's Royal Knight.



Bunny Two had a brief but strong emotional experience with Phantome's sister; Rose. When the Eastern Empire Prime Minister Tangerine branded Rose as a traitor due too Rose unwillingness too cooperate with Tangerine in overthrowing the Utopian Federation government (which Prime Minister Tangerine claims to be a potential threat to the Atlantis) the families are always under constant surveillance by the Imperial officers: while Rose had to be on the run to avoid capture.

 

 

Bunny Two is a brash, no-nonsense and devoted to a fault. She would rely mainly on her gut feeling and emotions. Intrigued by Rose ideals, Bunny Two began to idolized her. When Rose vanished from home without a single word of explanations - others speculate, but Bunny Two trust that Rose did this to avoid having the whole family becomes involved in the disputes between Tangerine and her.



During the Watermark Arc, Bunny Two took the initiative to look for Rose. (even though it means running away from home!) The Atlantis Gates of Marduk was under heavy bombardment by The Watermark Kingdom while her brother and sister-in-law fought day and night to protect it.

Rather than sit and wait for the outcome, Bunny Two began her private search for Rose, the only person she believed that can free Atlantis from the incoming invaders. Her investigation lead her to Lady Junna, an enigmatic former officer who served many nations before seeking shelter in the Atlantis international port-island of Astoria.

Bunny Two weapon of choice is a Battle Staff. During free times after a days work at Phantome's bakery shop, both Bunny One and Bunny Two will spar using none other than a mop and a broom. The battle style was heavily influenced by Phantome poleaxe and Rose spear techniques.

The Bunnies casual clothes was also served as a working clothes at Phantome's shop.

Bunny Two activated her second level fighting mode while repenting a surprise attack by Prime Minister Tangerine and her cronies. Although succeeded to hold back the regular ranking officers she was badly beaten back by Tangerine magic assault. She was shielded from harm by Lady Junna and was teleported randomly to avoid capture.



Bunny Two level two combat mode was influenced by her older brother (Vladurac) fighting style. He is an expert in using giant broadswords.

Tangerine - former Prime Minister of Atlantis plots her way into the Utopian society and decided to break the Utopian force from within. Exploiting the weakness of the Utopian hierarchy society and weaken the Utopian already divided Political Forces.

Tangerine: Queen Rasa declared war upon Lord Velther. It is similar to declaring war on Utopians Commoners population indirectly...since the lord is the advent of hope that protected the commoners welfare against those greedy nobles.

Winterberry: So winning against the rebels will bring victory for the nobles but in the same time upsets the commoners...while loosing the battle would be a great humiliation to the nobles but will be a victorious feat for the commoners.

Tangerine: Exactly. Thus a military controlling the media is nothing new to satisfy both parties. The media emphasizes much on the truth of the story that they broadcast...but what if the truth hurts?

Due to her effort in generating Utopian economical growth as well as being the largest arms dealer for the nation, the 3000th King of Utopia granted her citizenship and appointed her to the Utopian Senate.

Tangerine was in charge of the Utopian Ministry of Finance during the reigns of King Panthera...and was later appointed as the King's personal advisor 5 years before the King's disappearance.
